This error usually appears when you select the wrong option inside the Bankily app. To complete the payment successfully, go to the main menu and select the B-Pay service, then complete the payment normally. Make sure you do not select "Bill Payment".

No, you were not charged. What you see is just a payment request only. The charge only happens if the amount matches exactly and the B-Pay code is successfully returned to Bedel. You can check your balance and transaction history to confirm.

Yes, this is normal. Sometimes the product is temporarily unavailable and the order is being prepared shortly. Processing usually takes no more than a few minutes. You will receive notifications when the order is complete.

Open the Bedel app, and from the home page go to Order History (History) where you'll find all your previous orders.

This is usually an App Store error, not from Bedel. Check your Apple account balance — you'll most likely find the amount was added successfully.

This means your Apple balance is insufficient to complete the transaction. Make sure your balance covers the required amount, and keep a minimum of $0.03 in your account.

Bedel's Netflix subscriptions are priced for the Mauritanian market. If you are currently outside Mauritania and want to activate your subscription, share the activation link with someone inside Mauritania to activate it for you — once activated, it works normally wherever you are.

Open a browser (not the app) and go to netflix.com, log in, then go to Account to see your selected plan and balance — billing details are only accessible via browser.

Netflix deducts your plan price from your balance each month automatically. Choosing a more expensive plan means fewer months from the same balance.

Example: with a $20 balance:
• 720p plan (~$4/month) → you get ~5 months
• 4K plan (~$10/month) → you get only ~2 months
